During Your Session
During an EFT session, we’ll have the chance to do many rounds of tapping, exploring the contributing factors of your issue and releasing and reducing the intensity of the issue. Depending on how many aspects there are, you might clear your issue in one session or it might take several. Long-term issues with many contributing components will need multiple sessions.
If we are doing some human design coaching, I’ll explain parts of your chart that pertain to the issue we are working on. It helps to have a copy of your chart available.
If we are doing a Family Energetics session, we’ll explore some of your family history, set up a constellation and do some tapping. The work will be deep and there will be less tapping than an straight EFT session.
During a session, you might experience some emotions but we will always go carefully and make sure EFT is releasing the emotion before moving forward.
After Your Session
After a session, you might feel relaxed, energized, or on the other hand, sleepy. Until you know your own way of responding, please allow some transition time before your next activity.

Checklist for Your Upcoming Session
- Do you have the conference line phone number? If international, zoom link or skype id?
- Is your phone charged and are you using a headset?
- Glass of water or tea
- Tissues, just in case.
- Quiet environment.
- Note paper and pen if you wish.
