Last post I talked about a personal spiritual reconfiguring with respect to food. There is also an evolutionary shift with respect to food that Richard Rudd discusses in his writings on the 55th Gene Key. His writing is currently found here: http://www.genekeys.net/pdf/rr-articles/Gene%20Key%2055.pdf. It’s a long document and rich with many many insights into 2012 and our current states of being.
He talks about how our current obsession with processed food and our carrying extra fat is a way to hold and cleanse the genetic memories we’ve been carrying and that we will be releasing this over time.
Here are his exact words from p. 19:
What is beginning to happen to humanity now, and what will become more and more intense, is a process whereby ancient memories are being chemically released from our bodies. Heightened emotional awareness will gradually draw the toxic genetic memories out of the human form.
Further down the same page:
During the current transition period human beings actually require even more salt than usual in order for the toxicity of the past to be collectively purified. This is the hidden reason behind the current worldwide revolution in processed food. Nature knows exactly what she is doing, and we should take heart from this.
And on p. 20:
In the future, in a totally new way, we will become highly efficient at drawing and combining the elements from food. The mechanical means for this will be through our moods. In other words, our bodies will tell us exactly what we need to eat and when through the medium of our mood. One of the most likely effects of the mutation will be that we will simply not feel hungry as often as we do now, with the result that we eat far less. Added to this, our bodies will begin to find other means of absorbing higher frequency food through air and sunlight.
I had read his work on this gene key a few years ago and these thoughts had been part of my background process. I knew that when the time was right, I’d be ready and available to release the weight. But it was a challenge to remember that the weight was serving a higher purpose than I might understand, it was a stretch to trust what I didn’t know. It was a relief to discover that my body has a wisdom I can re-learn to trust.
You can see how his comments from p. 20 resonate completely with what I absorbed from my Awakenings work. A pretty clear message that I was ready for!
