Triggered to compassionate #1

Healing yourself, loving the world

Happy August to you all. Hope you’re enjoying some outside time wherever you live!

A few weeks ago, I had the chance to share tapping at my local spiritual center. The participants are all seasoned spiritual journeyers, grounded and well versed in self-care tools, and it was an absolute delight to share tapping with them. One of the insights I experienced unfolding as the group tried their hand at tapping was this:

As we tap, we gain a more compassionate view of the situation, ourselves, and others involved.

This compassion arises organically as we tap on whatever issue we are facing. Our perceptions change as we tap. And time and time again, I see how the perception changes to one of more compassion and inclusion.  Almost as if that were a spiritual truth available to us all.  😉
