Don't Stop at Blame. The Relief of Self-Differentiation.
I wrote this piece in 2013. Who knew when I wrote this that it would be even applicable nowadays? I name the stages of self-differentiation as:
I am just like everyone else and that's okay. I'm just like everyone else and that's not okay. I'm not like everyone else and that's not okay. I'm not like everyone else and that's okay. There are others who are like me.
